This message means that the hosting server your website is located on has ran out of available memory during the transfer process.
To resolve this problem you should check for and remove any unnecessary large files in the wp-content/themes and wp-content/plugins folders of your WordPress and their subfolders. Such files are usually large archives like backups that are no longer needed and can be safely deleted. Deleting unneeded large files from these folders will decrease the memory usage of the plugin and should allow the migration process to continue.
