I’d like to upgrade/downgrade my Cloud solution. Would there be any downtime?

There will be NO downtime when you upgrade or downgrade your Cloud hosting account from one Cloud hosting plan to another Cloud plan.

If you wish to upgrade your Cloud server resources you should access Client Area, go to Services and click on Upgrade.

In case you wish to downgrade your Cloud server you can do that from your Client Area -> Services > Hosting > kebab menu > Downgrade.

Note that reducing the amount of SSD storage on your Cloud server is not possible.
