My website is showing: This account has been suspended
This message indicates that your hosting account has been suspended. There are a couple of reasons that might be causing this suspension:
- Your web hosting account has expired;
- Your hosting services can be renewed from Client Area > Billing > Renewals;
- The account was suspended due to a policy violation (e.g. violation of the Terms of Use or server resource overuse).
