I have already bought a new domain name but I can not access it?
Once you purchase a new domain name from SiteGround, it has to be configured on your account to use it. You have two options:
- to park it over your primary domain so that it opens your main site;
- to create a new site with your new domain. For this purpose, go to your Client Area > Websites > Add New Site. For more detailed information, you can read our tutorial.
