How to open a firewall port on a SiteGround server?
SiteGround support can assist with opening outgoing firewall ports on Cloud hosting plans upon customer requests.
For this purpose, post a ticket from your Client Area > Help Center > Contact us > Other > Report Other Technical Issues.
Make sure you include the exact port number and the IP for which outgoing connections should be allowed.
