If you see this error you may try to solve the issue by making sure the domain is NOT in use on your account in one of the following ways:

• A parked domain name to an existing website

  Please check if the domain is not already added as parked to an existing site of yours from: Site Tools > Domain > Parked Domains. If yes, you need to first remove the parked domain name in order to use it to create a new site.



• A primary domain name for another website of yours

  Make sure to delete any existing site that is currently using the domain. This can be done from your Client Area > Websites > Kebab menu > Delete.
