What Is the Difference Between Default and Custom roles?
Initially, the Default Client Role is automatically assigned to all your users with type Client unless you specify otherwise. It gives them access to all the tools in the Site Tools of their sites. The Custom Client Roles are the ones you modify and tailor to give access to your clients only to a specific selection of the Site Tools.
