How do I cancel my Google Workspace?
Your Google Workspace will be automatically canceled if not renewed. To cancel the service at its expiration date, you have to turn off auto-renewal.
You can do this by navigating to the renewal settings for your Google Workspace service from Client Area > Services > Google Workspace > Settings.
On the Setting page, click on the kebab (3-dot) menu > Renewal Settings.
A pop-up screen will appear with the possible Renewal Settings.
If you don’t wish to continue with your Google Workspace plan, use the Autorenewal Off/On toggle button to disable the auto-renewal. Make sure to click Confirm to save your choice.
